Acceptable forms include: State-issued driver’s license or ID card, U.S. passport or passport card, Permanent Resident Card (Green Card), Military ID, Foreign passport (may require additional supporting documents for some services)
Notarization: Your ID must be original (no copies), current, and government-issued.
Fingerprinting: Same as above. Be sure to bring any fingerprint cards or paperwork your agency requires.
I-9 Verification: You’ll need to bring the original documents listed on the I-9 Form’s List of Acceptable Documents. This can be one document from List A (proof of identity and employment authorization), or one from List B (identity) plus one from List C (employment authorization).

A field inspection typically includes visiting a property or business location to verify occupancy, condition, and take photos. We also complete any required checklists or reports. If you have specific requests or need special documentation, just let us know — we’re happy to customize the inspection to fit your needs.
Both Field Inspection and Signing Agent services are priced per contract, meaning the fee is determined based on the specific scope and requirements of the job. Typical Signing Agent fees are $100-150 depending on the loan documents.
